Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@hairbiscusmiylah.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or  refund where appropriate.

We do not accept returns or refunds for :

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Items that have been open or used

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
